No photographic, television, recording, broadcasting, telephonic equipment or devises shall be used within the confines of the Courtroom except for official business purposes and unless approved by the Court for trial-related proceedings and unless such action is approved by the Court pursuant to Rule 12 of the Rules of Superintendence for the Court of Ohio. During the pendence of a matter, representatives of the media will under no circumstances question or converse with prospective or selected jurors concerning a cause set for trial.
